The GANBARION Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the importance of personal information protection and makes efforts to protect personal information according to laws related to personal information protection and our policy as set forth below:

    The Company will collect personal information from customers, using an appropriate manner and while informing them of the purpose of use and our contact point regarding personal information protection.

  2. Purpose of use

    The Company will use personal information provided by customers within the range necessary to achieve the purposes of use that have been declared in advance. If the Company wants to use personal information about a customer outside this range, the Company will obtain the customer’s consent, except as permitted under relevant laws.

  3. Control

    The Company will take necessary and appropriate safety measures to prevent information leaks, falsification, loss or use for purposes other than those intended for the personal information collected from the customers.

  4. Provision of personal information to a third party

    The Company will not provide personal information collected from a customer to a third party without obtaining the customer’s consent, except as set forth in relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Law.

  5. Disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information

    If a customer requests the disclosure, correction, deletion or cessation of use of the customer's personal information, the Company will take necessary actions swiftly after verifying that the person making the request is the actual customer in question.

  6. Compliance and improvement

    The Company will observe the laws and regulations related to personal information protection and make efforts to improve its in-house personal information protection system appropriately by practicing continual review.

  7. Revision

    The contents of this Policy are subject to change without notice according to relevant laws or changes in the Company's policy.
